My favorite part of australia2

My favorite part of australia would have to be Phillip island and melboune.

Phillip island is a beach place and is really good when its hot, there are lots of surf shops to goto and resturants by the beach. There is a big racing track called the port philip island Grand Prix circut, there are lots of big races held there. You can go on guided tours around the track, me and my family went and it was really interesting. To have a look goto this site. One other big attraction are the penguins, there is a penguin parade you can goto at night time and watch all the penguins come out of the sea and back into there borrows, i went and it was really good. click here if you’d like to know more. You can also go on tours to see seals and many other interesting things. There are lots of good holiday houses to stay at as well

And melbourne is good because it pretty much has everything you need. There are alot of concerts held there, It has good as shopping because it has lots of big shopping outlets such as chadstone (to check it out click here) and david jones. it has lots of movie theatres, like Imax, it is the laregst 3D movie theatre around. Melbourne also has lots of good clubs and places to have a good time, it also has great places to stay. You will never get bored in melbourne (:

Terrorist attacks in australia1

In australia we dont really have any attacks at all, luckily.

Although police have found plans to attack australia but stopped them going any further. a few years back a place overseas called Bali was bombed, this is a place where alot of australians love to go on holidays. In 2002 88 australians were killed there, the bombers have now been executed.

Julies question : Welcome to Students from Hawksdale College in Australia.”

For those of you reading this, I have a question for you. What are some of your favorite foods that are a part of your countries culture? Are there certain foods that you would only eat at a certain time of year? Lastly, are there any native foods still being eaten in your country? Since I am from the U.S.A most of our food came from another country, because most of our ancestors came over from countries on the other side of the world. Therefore, most of the foods that I like are not necessarily American, unless you count mac and cheese. During the summer I tend to eat more fruit (because it is in season), while in the winter I eat more “hot” foods (since it is very cold). In the USA we still eat corn which was brought up from the Indians, but as i stated before most foods aren’t considered American so not many native foods are still eaten here. Now, it’s your turn to tell me some of your favorite foods from your country.

Hii. Yeah we do eat some foods at a cetain time.. we have barbeques mostly in summer, we cook things like sausages, hamburgers, steak, and chicken.
When people think of australia they usually think of pie and hot chips, we do eat them a bit, but its not something we ALL consume everyday, some people may, but its not a healthy thing to do.
Im not sure if there is any native foods still being eaten here, some people probably do them, but i dont.

Things i like doing at school2

Its good when we go on excursions, have aths/swimming days, netball & footy, school formals, camps, and show days, But my favorite would be Picnic day, its our last day of school and we go for a walk along the beach in port fairy (a nice beach town) and then hang out there all day and go swimming, and go down the street for lunch and some shopping. Illegal Immagration0

Does australia have illegal immigrants? yes, there are many.

Who are they? usually the are people from China, Afghanistan and Iraq, Malasia, Idonesia and more.

Why do they come to australia? To work, make money, escape wars and any other bad things that are taking place where they lived.

How does australia deal with them? we usually let the illegal immigrants stay in a detention center and allowed to apply for a australian citizenship, although they have to stay in the detention center until there citizenship is approved. for the people who cant get a citizenship, they are sent back to there country and aren’t allowed back to australia.
